Here Comes Summer!

Residents: with summer and warm weather quickly approaching, unfortunately so will the summer bugs! Pest control is here every Friday to take care of all our needs. If you need pest service, just let us know prior to Friday morning and we will make sure you get taken care of!

We Need Your Help!!

Just so there is no confusion during the upcoming summer months. All guests of residents MUST be accompanied the the resident at ALL times when using any of the amenities including the pool. Under no circumstances are guests to be using any amenity with the resident being present. If this happens, they will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Sorry, I gave the wrong time that the man from Pinnacle Pharmacy will be here on Saturday. It between 11am and 1pm. Sorry for the confusion!

Pizza Pizza!!

On Monday June 3rd, A representative from Pizza Hut  will be dropping off some special coupons just for our residents. They will be able to be found in the Resident Lounge. These will be specific for Integra Woods  Woods residents only. Make sure you come get yours!!

Save the Date!!

Saturday May 18th a representative from Pinnacle Pharmacy will be in the Residents Lounge at 2:00pm. There are many residents that use their services already and they would like to inform new customers of the services they provide. They will be bringing lunch, so stop by!

Great News!! We have received several more potty stations for our 4 legged friends! They will be installed soon at various locations throughout the property. Let's put them to good use. Thanks!

Please Help!

Please remember that ALL pets must be leashed at all times. Additionally, please be respectful of your neighbors and all residents by picking up after your pet. It is unsightly, unhealthy for pets and applies to the Dog Park as well. Both of these are community rules and action will be taken if anyone is found in violation. We love the pets here, let's all do our part!

We are sorry for the inconvenience that occurred due to the power outage in the clubhouse over the last 2 days. The problem has been fixed and everything is back to normal!!

Residents: The temperatures are starting to rise and summer is almost here. Check your air filter for your air conditioner, not only will your A/C work better....but it can save you money on your electric bill by keeping it clean!

Get Free Rent!

In Support of April being Autism Awareness Month...all residents that donate $5 or more to the Autism Society through Integra Woods will be entered into a drawing to receive $100 off your May rent. Bring your donations to the office during normal business hours. We thank you for your support.

Spring Event

Just a reminder that the Spring Party will be this Saturday April 13th from 5-7pm. The bounce house will include a double water slide for the kids! Come have some fun.

Fire Inspections

Just as a reminder that the fire inspections started today. If you are not home and have pets, please make sure to contain them for everyones and their safety ! Thanks!!

Money Money Money

On April 10th, there will be a representative from Primerica here to give a free seminar on money management, investing and planning for retirement. Primerica will be providing pizza and flyers will be going out this week to RSVP. This is a great opportunity to get some free advice for your future!

Happy Easter!

The office, clubhouse and amenities will be closed in observance of Easter on March 31, 2013. Residents will still have access to the fitness center through the back door during normal access hours. We will reopen at 8:30am Monday April 1, 2013

Spring Is Here!!!

This year we will have a "Spring Party" instead of an Easter Party! The date is Saturday April 13th. Plan to attend for some fun and food!!

Wii Group Is Starting!!

The Wii Bowling League will start tomorrow, Thursday March 21st at 7pm. Don't forget your snack and refreshments and come have fun with your neighbors!
